Fit Fargo is a community–wide effort to encourage members of the
community to stay active and eat healthy. By participating in
regular physical activity and making healthy food choices, you can reduce
your risk of developing chronic diseases, and you are more likely to
maintain a healthy weight.
Through the Fit Fargo initiative, residents of Fargo and the surrounding
communities will have the opportunity to participate in a number of events
and activities that promote physical activity and
healthy eating habits.
