a great form of physical activity, so we want to identify any environmental
barriers that might keep citizens from walking. We're asking you to jot down
some notes after taking walks in your area.
How to gather and record
1. Download our Walkability Checklist. It's available in
PDF (requires Adobe Reader) and
.doc (download Microsoft Word viewer)
2. Go for a walk around your neighborhood or an area of your community.
3. After your walk, fill out the printed checklist.
